Well Ike missed Austin all together and we had our Fever Friends 1st all day Scrappy on Saturday. Had a great time with a total of 16 scrappers who stayed most of the day. A couple more who came to visit with promises of scrapping in October! Took a couple of pictures but haven't had a chance to download them yet. I will post them later.
We decided to take up a donation at each scrappy and everyone who donates can put a charity name in a jar to donate the money we collected. This time we collected $60.00 and drew the Red Cross. I'm sending the money today to the local chapter. Great job scrappers!
More later.....

It was great to see so many people even though I didn't stay to scrap.
What a great idea to take up a donation for a charity! Can't wait till next time!
So fun to see everyone--such a bummer I couldn't stay. Next time, though :)
I loved the day. I took a little time and slept in some Saturday morning, but then scrapped the afternoon and evening away. It was great fun and, as always, the company was delightful. I hope to see you all in October!
Check Marie's website to see if she posted some of my projects from that day! I was busy using papers from My Town Papers, an album from Heart of Texas Studios and great stamps from Texana Designs. I feel honored to be the in presence of such talented business owners.
I posted Janet's designs on my website. www.mytownpapers.com check it out under the gallery.
